Music is an excellent way of transporting yourself away from all your worries!
Many of us play instruments at home and it really helps to wile away dark winter evenings and yet it is also great to play in a group with other people.
When you hear a group performing, it is often easy to forget how difficult it is to get the timing right and to get all the notes in the correct place. The concentration and the practice is immense and yet so satisfying when you get it right.
Playing an instrument is a really interesting and challenging hobby. It also helps to build self esteem and communication skills and is excellent for overall wellbeing.
